can the guys take care of themselves without you?

[ genuine question. Iris hasn't seen much of them, but she has her doubts. ]

And that's true. I'd think it was an easy choice because my family means everything to me. they are my world and I don't know how i've managed these months without them

but the guys have also taken care of me and looked out for me. they didn't have to. they never asked to have a strange kid from another world dumped into their laps, but they made the best of it. and i'd kind of mentally tried to prepare myself for my family never showing up, and now mom's here and though i'm happy i'm scared she's just going to leave again

so I'm mixed up about it

Look at it this way: the guys also knew your mom would show up sometime. They were prepared for the possibility.
Now, she's here. :) You don't know how long you have with her, so make the most of it!

The guys can always come over for dinner, you know?? And you won't be very far away.
