That's why I thought he wouldn't be interested, not that I'm not obviously a catch. He thinks I might be able to melt his brain with my technopathy - I'm pretty sure I can't but maybe it keeps coming up because he's scared I could actually do it. Plus our age gap is more like an age canyon, so I figured he probably saw me as a kid, not an option.

(It's also why I was so surprised I was interested. I've only ever seen myself with humans, and in my world that's almost optional. But maybe I never met any aliens at home who were like him.)
